Designed to give us a complete picture of the inner workings of your company, which in turn helps us to decide upon the best course of action for onboarding employess, these sessions generally include the following:

  • Employee culture audit workshops
  • Creation of a strategic narrative
  • Evaluation and/or refinement of your brand values
  • Deciding upon a rallying cry to guide the onboarding process
  • HR audits
  • Environment audits

From here, we produce a final plan that maps out the full employee onboarding process, covering elements such as:

  • Appointing a brand performance review board
  • Recruiting internal champions of the new brand direction
  • The creation of the formalised onboarding plan

Finally, we carry out a full brand audit – covering signage, the working environment itself, marketing collateral, internal communications and so on to gain a full understanding of the scope of the work needed to roll out the new brand.

With all of these pieces of work, the final deliverable could be the document with our recommendations, or BGN actually proceeding and executing everything we propose – it is entirely up to you.
