Setting the standard in the wine supplier sector.
Crown Cellars, part of the Carlsberg Marston’s group, had three wine brands in their portfolio in need of a label revitalisation or a ‘glow up’ after many years of not changing. All felt very dated and there was fatigue with them amongst the internal sales team as well as with key customers.
The aim was to modernise them but being careful to not make them too ‘cool’ or ‘edgy’ so that they were accessible to their wide customer base.
Invenio – Around the world
With a curated collection of the best grapes from around the world and Invenio as Latin for ‘discovery’, we wanted to take the hard work out of discovering new wines. Using simple, modernised illustrations to quickly tell the country story combined with colours and words to denote taste, the Invenio range immediately looks modern and elevated.

California Soul – Jack & Gina
We took the Jack & Gina label from a 1950s dance hall to the boho, beach and sunshine vibes of California. We wanted the label to immediately help people escape to California and elevate their mood to reflect the gorgeousness of wine from this region.

Gulara – Dancing in the moonlight
With a name meaning Moonlight, there was a strong desire to reflect this in the label design. We explored all types of moon shapes, patterns, textures and reflections to land upon a label that is both clean but equally elegant and fresh just like the wine.
