Flipping the script
The name ‘Counter’ came from the desire to clearly show how we are different from the standard transient consultants and hired hands. We are a counter consultancy with a unique approach and our confidence is front and centre in our name.

This led to the idea of weaving and embedding people into the very fabric of your business, with a digital weave as the main brand asset that be used in versatile ways to create interest. The minimal wordmark works in harmony with the brand pattern, with the hard edges and clean lines complementing the structured nature of the fabric pattern.
