Senior Account Manager / Account Director

Full Time Manchester, UK

We're looking for a commercially-minded Senior Account Manager or Account Director to help lead some of our most important client relationships.

You'll play a key role in shaping client partnerships, driving account growth and ensuring projects deliver outstanding creative and commercial outcomes. You'll work closely with the Client Services Director and senior leadership team to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges and help steer the future direction of client accounts.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking, commercial responsibility and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and developing key client relationships across a portfolio of accounts
  • Acting as a senior strategic partner to clients, helping shape plans and identify opportunities for growth
  • Owning account performance, profitability and forecasting
  • Leading large-scale brand, digital and campaign projects from brief to delivery
  • Working alongside strategy, creative and development teams to deliver exceptional work
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and long-term partnership growth
  • Supporting and mentoring junior members of the client services team
  • Managing account risk, project scope and commercial performance
  • Contributing to agency-wide planning, processes and service development

Experience

  • 5+ years agency experience in account management or client services
  • Proven experience managing large client relationships and complex projects
  • Strong commercial understanding, including forecasting, budgeting and profitability
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple workstreams
  • Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and decision-makers

Senior Account Executive / Account Manager

Full Time Manchester, UK

We're looking for an ambitious Senior Account Executive or Account Manager to join our growing client services team.

You'll be at the centre of the agency, helping to turn client objectives into exceptional brand, digital and motion projects. Working closely with strategists, designers, developers and clients, you'll ensure projects run smoothly, relationships stay strong, and opportunities don't get missed.

This role is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their agency career and gain exposure to a wide variety of clients, sectors and project types

Key Responsibilities

  • Building strong day-to-day relationships with clients and becoming a trusted point of contact
  • Managing projects from brief through to delivery, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget
  • Supporting senior members of the client services team on larger accounts and strategic projects
  • Producing timings, schedules, estimates and project documentation
  • Writing clear briefs and communicating client feedback effectively to internal teams
  • Coordinating resource requirements with designers, developers and motion designers
  • Helping identify opportunities for additional work and added value across client accounts
  • Supporting project commercials and ensuring work is tracked accurately

Experience

  • 2–5 years agency experience in a client services, account management or project management role
  • Experience managing multiple projects across different clients simultaneously
  • Comfortable working directly with clients and building relationships
  • Experience working across branding, digital, marketing or creative projects

Junior Designer (Digital, Social & Motion)

Full Time Manchester, UK

We're looking for a talented Junior Designer to join our growing creative team.

This isn't a traditional junior design role. We're looking for someone who is excited by the modern creative landscape and wants to work across branding, social content, digital design and motion.

You'll work alongside designers, motion specialists and developers to help create brands and campaigns that live where audiences spend most of their time: online.

Whether it's creating social assets, designing website content, building presentation decks or supporting motion projects, you'll have the opportunity to develop a broad skillset and learn from a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the creative team across branding, social, digital and campaign projects
  • Create social media assets across static and animated formats
  • Assist with website design and digital content creation
  • Help prepare presentations, pitch materials and client-facing documents
  • Support motion designers with asset creation and content preparation
  • Develop concepts and creative ideas alongside senior team members
  • Ensure work is delivered accurately and to a high standard
  • Stay up to date with digital, social and creative trends

Experience

  • 0-2 years experience in a design role, internship or agency environment
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong creative thinking and visual design skills
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
