but what does it mean to us?

The process of onboarding dramatic changes to your brand with employees or customers can get very complicated, very quickly. For employees, we start with alignment and auditing sessions which are designed to give us a complete picture of the inner workings of your company. We use the output of these exercises to produce a final plan that maps out a full process which includes things like appointing internal champions, a launch event, ongoing engagement campaigns and regular reviews to check on process. 

Customer on-boarding forms a similar process, where we stage focus groups, questionnaires, surveys or potentially one-one-one interviews with small samples of customers to plan a launch and ongoing engagement plan.
