What does our process involve?
We start by carrying out research to understand the recurring characteristics and behaviours between your clients and customers, as well as the likely mental journey they go through in buying, or not buying your product or service.
From here, we come up with ideas for the brand & campaign launch, either by working closely with you, or in isolation – arriving at a number of campaigns, each of which is suited for different price points, and each of which will resonate equally well with your intended audience at the appropriate stage of the journey that we have already determined.
Now, you choose a handful of ideas for us to flesh out – giving a complete picture of how these campaigns could look when they are rolled out. It is at this point that we may introduce you to a specialist partner agency that we have collaborated with successfully in the past.
Finally, we create complete customer profiles, draw up the likely touchpoint path of your target audience and pull together a 3, 6, 9 or 12 month campaign plan for your brand, which we can then finally roll out.
