From here, we conduct a competitor review and draw up a technical specification containing the following elements:

Now, we create interactive wireframe prototypes. These go far beyond the wireframes you might be used to, allowing for user experience testing even before the formal design stage has begun. This is just internal UX testing too, we can work closely with external research partners for more formalised usability testing through focus groups, surveys and so on – it all depends on the timescales of the project as well as the budget.
