We approach consumer insight and research in a number of different ways at BGN – be it through traditional tick-box surveys, one-on-one interviews, open-ended questionnaires or fully-fledged focus groups. Consumer insight is crucial, giving you a litmus against which to test your own internal assumptions, as well as for us to make sure that our brand strategy or design work resonates in the way that we intend it to.
When it comes to consumer insight research, we can either operate on our own with the methods already described, or partner with the research agency or consultant you have appointed – collaboration is important to us at BGN, and we will do whatever it takes to deliver the best possible outcome for your project.
